Return/Exchange and Shipping Policies

1.      Personal Orders

1.1.   Items are eligible for return or replacement within 60 days of the purchase date.

1.2.   In case you require a return or replacement, please contact:

-        For products purchased offline from a store, please contact the store directly.

-        For orders placed online at Oscardo.com – info@oscardo.com

-        For orders placed through other websites or marketplaces, please contact the platform from which you ordered the products.

1.3.   To return your product, you should send it to the Oscardo warehouse at the following address: Oscardo LP, 55 Durum Road, Unit #122, Centreport, MB, R4B 0A6. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the invoice included. A refund for the product cost (excluding the shipment cost) will be provided after the products are received by the warehouse, inspected, and returned to stock. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process, a 15% restocking fee may apply. We do not compensate for the cost of return shipping.

1.4.   In case the product is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement. To confirm the defect or damage, you will need to email photos clearly demonstrating the issue. After approval, you will be provided with a replacement.

1.5.   Lost packages are eligible for a refund or replacement only if shipped with tracking. To qualify for a refund, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

1.6.   Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible; therefore, changes or cancellations are usually not possible once an order has been submitted. Please review your billing, shipping, and order details carefully before completing your purchase. For order change or cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible at info@oscardo.com. While we will do our best to assist, requests cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

1.7.   Limited Offer: Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 (exclusions apply), before taxes and fees. Offer valid for retail end consumers only and not applicable to wholesale purchases. Free Shipping with Standard Ground service within Canada will be shown automatically at checkout when the order is eligible. If the option is not shown, the order is not eligible.

 

2.      Wholesale Orders

2.1.   Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless products are defective or shipped incorrectly.

2.2.   Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report shortages, discrepancies, visible damage or defects of the products and packaging within 10 business days. Customer service inquiries are typically answered within 1–2 business days.

2.3.   If defective or damaged items are discovered or reported by final consumers later, they are eligible for a refund within 2 years from the purchase date of the products by the wholesale customer from Oscardo.

2.4.   In case of a defective or damaged product, please contact info@oscardo.com and provide clear photos demonstrating the defect or damage. After approval, you will be provided with credit to compensate for the defective or damaged products.

2.5.   Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after they are received or by the later shipping date stated in the order by the customer. Oscardo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Oscardo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2.6.   Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2.7.   Local pickup is available only at the warehouse location during working days (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 4 PM) at the following address: 55 Durum Road, Unit 122, CentrePort, MB, R4B 0A6.

2.8.   Please avoid adding or removing products from placed orders, or making changes to shipping dates, shipping addresses, or invoicing addresses. In case of mistakes, please contact info@oscardo.com immediately.

 

3.      Shipping to the U.S.

3.1.   We have temporarily suspended shipping to the U.S. due to increased tariffs. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

 

4.      Additional Notes

4.1.   Face masks and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
